Who we are
Revenue AI provides product recommendation and revenue attribution software for Shopify stores. Merchants are our customers; storefront visitors interact with our widgets on their behalf.
What we collect
From merchants: account name, email, billing details and store domain. From storefront sessions: anonymous session identifiers, product views, widget impressions and clicks, cart and order values.
How we use it
To generate recommendations, to measure attributed revenue against a held-out control group, to bill commission accurately, and to support your account. We do not sell data and do not use one merchant's data to advantage another.
Storage and retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Session-level records are retained for 13 months; aggregated reporting data is retained until you ask us to remove it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days of a written request.
